- Does the community have a Facebook Group? Yes, please join the Lakeside Preserve HOA facebook group for social media updates.
- How do I reach the property management company? The property management company is Sentry Management. To set up your account, please contact Sentry to request your account number by calling 404-459-8951 or via email at communitycare@sentrymgt.com. Once your account number is received, please set up your account on the www.sentrymgt.comwebsite.
- What are the pool hours? The pool is open from 9am to 9pm, unless otherwise posted. Please note, the lifeguards hours vary and do not match the pool hours. Residents swim at their own risk when lifeguards are not present.
- Is street parking allowed? No, parking is restricted to your driveway or garage. Street parking causes safety concerns, due to the size of our streets.
- How do I replace my mailbox? The property management company can direct you to a vendor to secure the approved mailbox for Lakeside Preserve.
- Is there anything I should know about trash pickup? Reminder: Trash bins should be removed by 7pm on trash pick up day. Per Solid Waste, trash bins need to be stored at the back of your home or on the side of the home as close to the back as the resident is able to store it.
East Point Solid Waste has expressed concern about trash bins being left at curbs. Effective immediately, EP Solid Waste will start issuing tickets if trash bins are not removed from the curb within 48 hours. EP Solid Waste will roll the trash can back and fine the homeowner on their monthly East Point utility bill.
